ZeroLedger is a zero-based budgeting application that allows you to track your income, expenses, and budgets. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Subscription and Payment

ZeroLedger does not connect to or access your actual bank accounts. All data is manually entered by you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ZEROLEODGER IS A BUDGETING TOOL AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
